Although we want our products to always work as expected, a problem occurs in a very small percentage of cases. We are very sorry if this happens, but sometimes items supplied directly from the manufacturer may not work properly. In short, neither you nor Meelora could have done anything to avoid this problem.
If there is a manufacturer's warranty, the terms and conditions, including contact details, are usually printed on the packaging. If you cannot find them, or if the warranty is provided by Meelora and not the manufacturer, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary information.
Return is authorized if Meelora receives the request within 30 calendar days of delivery. All returns must reach Meelora in their entirety (original packaging and contents) within 14 calendar days of the return. Meelora will cover the return costs of any damaged or defective product.
To request warranty information or a return for a defective item, please contact us with a description of the damage/defect and include photos of the product to expedite the returns process.
Refunds for defective or damaged products will be issued once Meelora receives the item. If after inspection the product is found to be free of defects, the cost of the tag will be deducted from the refundable amount, along with a 15% restocking fee.
